We go about this by focusing on developing the TEN basic measures of fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance and accuracy, what this basically means is, in addition to helping you maximise your athletic performance, we will also help you be better prepared to tackle any daily challenges you may face - from carrying your groceries in from the car to playing soccer with your kids in the garden.
